Vicki Marie Shreck

Vicki Marie Shreck, age 66, of Waverly, Ohio, died Monday June 22, 2015 at her residence. She was born June 9, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of the late George Russell and Donna Marie Bowshier Cook. Mrs. Shreck was united in marriage September 2, 1995 to her husband, Ernest Shreck, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Candy Cottrill of Waverly, Ohio, Mary Willett of Waverly, Ohio and Crystal (Harold Jr.) Hensley of Ocala, Florida, nine grandchildren, Tyler, Rusty, Christina, Kevin, Jayla, Dedra, Christopher, Alexa and Holly, four great-grandchildren, Alyssa Lyn, Nevaeh, Zane, and Jayden, who is on the way, two brothers, George Arnold Cook of Waverly, Ohio and Dale Edward Cook of South Bloomfield, Ohio, very special friends Betty and David Carter, and life-long friend Donna Detillion. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, John Russell Cook and her very special mother-in-law, Velvia Shreck. Mrs. Shreck was a member of the Allen Chapel Church pastored by Marilyn Collins. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday June 25, 2015 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Pastor Donnie Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery, located on Hay Hollow Rd., Waverly. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
