Susan "Sue" E Isaac

Susan (Sue) E Brannan Isaac, of Waverly, formerly of Givens, Ohio, passed Thursday December 24th 2020 with her family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 20th 1947 at Elm Grove, the daughter of the late Warren and Hazel A (Lute) Brannan. On August 16th 1985 she was united in marriage to Jackie Isaac, who proceeded her in death. Surviving is her daughter, Cheryl Newton (Ryan Rapp), grandson Zach Newton (Cassandra Nelson), granddaughters Aimee Ross (Joe Slusher), Keelee Rapp, great grandson Colt Newton, sisters Francis Ward and Hazel M Brannan, a special niece Robin Isaac, special friend Sharon Williams, her two doggies Tommy and Betsy, and many other nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by by her beloved grandson Anthony (Tony) Brannan, brothers Robert John and Earl Brannan, sisters Mary Pittman, Ruby Shank,s and Betty Isaac. Sue worked at Pike Community Hospital for many years and made many friends there. She believed there was nothing more important than family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all of them.. Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday December 27, 2020 at the Givens Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Keith Richardson officiating. Burial will follow at the conclusion of services. Calling hours will not be observed. Cox Burkitt Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
