Shanna Nicole Hurt

Shanna Nicole Hurt, age 31, of Piketon, Ohio, died Sunday May 12, 2024 at SOMC in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born September 7, 1992 in Zanesville, Ohio, a daughter of Nicole Hurt of Piketon, Ohio and the late Wesley Shane Hurt. Surviving are three children, Jennavesia Hardin of Beaver, Ohio, Axle Hurt of Waverly, Ohio, and Kinley Hurt of Waverly, Ohio, one sister, Bobbi Jo Casto of Columbus, Ohio, two brothers, Paul (Dawn) Hurt of Piketon, Ohio and Bradley (Paige) Hurt of Beaver, Ohio, paternal grandmother, Rita (Darrel) Daniel of Columbus, Ohio, maternal grandmother, Roni Wells of Columbus, Ohio, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and a very special friend, Miranda Howard of Piketon, Ohio.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday May 18, 2024 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Pastor Brian Hedden officiating. Burial will follow in the Beaver Union Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
