Ruth Marian Savage

Ruth Marian (Hayes) Savage, 94 yrs., of Kettering, Ohio, passed away Thursday November 12, 2015 at her son's home in Pike Co., Ohio. She was born October 30, 1921 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of James P. Hayes and Mary Anne (Hechle) Hayes. Ruth was united in marriage to Everett Allen Savage who preceded her in death November 2, 1992. Mother of three children, Bonnie Marian Houston, deceased, an infant daughter, deceased, and Allen James Savage, surviving. Ruth has five grandchildren, Jenifer Houston, Michael Houston, James P. Savage, Jason A. Savage and Jarod S. Savage and twelve great-grandchildren. She was a retired Nurse from Kettering Medical Center and a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Adena for all of their care and support! Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will not be observed. Arrangements are under the direction of the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio.
