Roy Lee Heath

Roy Lee Heath, age 68, of Whaleytown Rd., Jackson, Ohio, died Tuesday April 3, 2012 at his residence. He was born February 20, 1944 in Ashtubula, Ohio, a son of the late Ed and Anna Fassett Heath. He was united in marriage in 1962 to his wife, Karen Perkins Heath, who survives. Also surviving are four sons, Frank (Crystle) Heath of Jackson, Ohio, Jessie (Rachel) Heath of Jackson, Ohio, Roy Heath of Jackson, Ohio, and James Heath of Jackson, Ohio, one daughter, Sherrie Robinson of Jackson, Ohio, thirteen grandchildren, Daniel Heath, Courtney Heath, Cory Heath, Jacklynn Heath, Alaina Heath, Lacey Heath, Amber Heath, Michael Heath, Amanda Heath, Robbie Robinson, Matt Robinson, Bobby Robinson, and Bazon Robinson, four sisters, Agnes (Willis) Tolliver of Kentucky, Violet Craft of Arkansas, Ellen Johnson of Utah, and Mary Heath of Jackson, Ohio . He was preceded in death by one brother, Floyd Heath. Mr. Heath retired from sawmill work with over 20 years of service. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday April 13, 2012 at the Bethel Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Vance officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4:00 P.M. and from 6-8:00 P.M. Thursday April 12, 2012 at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver.
