Obituary
Ronald Adrian Manning, age 73, of Beaver, Ohio, died Thursday July 13, 2023 at the Holzer Medical Center in Jackson, Ohio. He was born November 3, 1949 in Hurricane, West Virginia, a son of the late Roy Esmond Manning Sr. and Ada May Wood Manning. Surviving are two brothers, Johnny Marlon (Dee) Manning of Shadyside, Ohio and Roy Esmond Manning Jr. of Waverly, Ohio, two nieces, Johnna and Ashley, one great-niece, Reagan, and many very special friends, including Roger (Trish) Wiseman of Beaver, Ohio and Gary (Kim) Wiseman of Beaver, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Allen Manning.
Ronnie was a 1969 graduate of Eastern High School and a U.S. Army Veteran. Throughout his life he worked as a substitute school teacher and retired from Wiseman Brothers Fabrication in Beaver, Ohio. Ronnie enjoyed spending his spare time hunting wildlife and being outdoors.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday July 25, 2023 in the Beaver Union Cemetery with Pastor Ronnie Hines officiating and military honors provided by the American Legion Merritt Post #142 of Waverly. Visiting hours will not be observed. Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
