Robert Kitts

Robert Kitts, age 83, of Bobo Rd., Beaver, Ohio, died Wednesday August 22, 2012 at the Adena Pike Medical Center in Waverly, Ohio. He was born October 18, 1928 in Magoffin County, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Bowens Kitts, who died June 3, 2001. Surviving are one son, Tony Kitts of Beaver, Ohio, one daughter, Carol Malone of Beaver, Ohio, five grandchildren, Mark Allen Malone, Max Kitts, Melissa Gardner, Vicki Brigner, and Brandon Brigner, one great-grandson, Braden Malone, two step-granddaughters, numerous nieces and nephews, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. He was also preceded in death by his parents, one son, David Kitts, one grandson, Bobbie Malone, seven brothers, and five sisters. Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday August 25, 2012 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 12 noon-2:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
