Richard A. Mangum

  Richard A. Mangum, age 71, of Beaver, Ohio, died Thursday May 2, 2019 at the Adena-Pike Medical Center in Waverly, Ohio. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served two tours in Vietnam. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday May 10, 2019 at the Beaver Union Cemetery with Jerry Compton officiating and military services provided by the American Legion Merritt Post #142 of Waverly, Ohio. Burial will follow at the conclusion of services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio.
