Rebecca Smith Obituary

Rebecca I. Smith, age 58, of Carrs Run Rd., Waverly, Ohio, died Tuesday March 6, 2012 at her residence. She was born December 19, 1953 in Chillicothe, Ohio, a daughter of the late Basil and Mary Evans McDowell. Surviving are two sons, Marvin Tackett and Timothy Tackett, both of Beaver, Ohio, two daughters, Kelly Canterbury of Columbus, Ohio and Dara Comstock of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, seven grandchildren, three brothers, Donald Evans of Waverly, Ohio, Paul McDowell of Beaver, Ohio, and David McDowell of Jackson, Ohio, one sister, Doris Davis of Beaver, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday March 9, 2012 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Bernie Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the Beaver Union Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
