Raymond Broughton

  Raymond Broughton, age 61 of Jackson, Ohio, passed away on January 7th, 2019 after he lost his fight with cancer. Born and raised in Lucasville, Raymond was one of 9 children. He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, and 2 sisters. Raymond is survived by his only love, Cynthia Berry, daughters Tiffany and Kathlena Broughton, son Mitchell Broughton, and 3 grandsons, Bryson, Mason, and Hudson. Also surviving are 8 nieces and nephews, with regards to a special niece, Heather (Corey), and special nephew Avery (Kammi). Raymond is also survived by 2 siblings, sister Joyce (Homer) Brickey, and brother Clyde Broughton. A visitation will be held Friday evening from 6-8 at Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver. The funeral will be held Saturday at 10 A.M. with burial services afterwards at the Beaver Union Cemetery, and a memorial dinner will be held after at the Beaver Fire Department. Donations may be sent to SOMC Hospice Center. Raymond will be missed dearly.
