Phyllis Maxine Blair

Phyllis Maxine Blair was born on January 23, 1953 and passed away at home on June 27, 2026 at 7:07 A.M. at the age of 73. On this day the sky was gloomy and the angels had cried. She was loved by many and never knew a stranger. Known as Maxine to many, she was a wonderful, strong willed, loving woman who made sure the people around her knew they were loved as well. She was a devoted child of God and now is in eternal peace. As she enters the pearly white gates of Heaven she will be greeted by her parents, three brothers, a sister, husband, son, son-in-law, and a cousin she held very near and dear. She will live in her new body feeling no pain, no sorrow, only joy.

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away” Revelation 21:4.

She leaves behind a daughter (Ashley Blair-Cunningham), a sister (Clarice Shreck), and three granddaughters (Zoe Blair, Caitlynn Blair, and Chloe Blair). She will be missed with tremendously heavy hearts. Hopefully death is as kind to her as she was to us.

Visiting hours will be held from 5-7:00 P.M. Tuesday June 30, 2026 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio. Graveside services will be 9:00 A.M. Wednesday July 1, 2026 in the Carrs Run Cemetery.
