Patsy Spencer

Patsy Spencer, age 72, of Piketon, Ohio, died Monday June 18, 2012 in Chillicothe, Ohio. She was born July 28, 1939 in Pike County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Orville Dallas and Myrtle Mae Rapp Southworth. She was united in marriage August 29, 1955 to her husband, Bill Spencer, who preceded her in death January 1, 1998. Surviving are one son, Billy (Tammy) Spencer of Piketon, Ohio, two daughters, Pam (Bob) Smith of McDermott, Ohio and Cheryl Spencer and fiance' Frank Sherrick of Chillicothe, Ohio, seven grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Jessica, Joni, Jamie, Jodi, and Amanda, twelve great-grandchildren, Taylor, Kylie, Destiny, Skyla, Devon, Riley, Lexi, Maelyn, Haley, Chase, Kayleigh, and Karleigh, one brother, Jack (Carol) Southworth of Lucasville, Ohio, one sister, Lucille (Dee) Hannah of Lucasville, Ohio, and three very special friends, Brenda Haywood, Cathy Bailey, and Pauline Howard. She was preceded in death by one son, Eddie Spencer, three brothers, Ray, Richard, and Bob Southworth, and one sister, Dollie Noel. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday June 22, 2012 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver with Rev. Craddock Frye officiating. Burial will follow in the Owl Creek Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
