Nannie Tackett

  Nannie Tackett, age 87, of Beaver, Ohio, formerly of Grethel, Kentucky, died Friday June 22, 2018 at the Pleasant Hill Care Center in Piketon, Ohio.  She was born November, 15, 1930 in Floyd County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Ambrose and Roseanna "Rosie" Martin Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband Timber Tackett in 1979. Surviving are one sister, Alvie Rapp of Beaver, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death five brothers, Jim, Scott, Lee, John and Troy Hall and three sisters, Goldie Keathley, Carrie Wicker and Margie Hall. Nannie frequently attended church and was a very strong believer. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday June 27, 2018 at the Pilgrim's Home Old Regular Baptist Church, 5381 Emmitt Tackett Rd., Grethel, Kentucky, 41631. Burial will follow in Tackett Cemetery. Friends may call from 12 noon until the time of service Wednesday at the church.
