Nakilia Marie was born on March 7th, 2005, in Portsmouth, Ohio. She departed this life on March 9th, 2022 in a fatal car accident. She was proceeded in death by her brother Braxton Johnson, grandmother’s Connie Crabtree & Bonnie Crabtree, Uncles Nathan and Ronnie Crabtree. Nakilia is survived by her Parents John Crabtree and Tracy Brungs of Jackson, Oh, Sisters Ariannah Fowler of Jackson Oh, Harmony and Riley Johnson of Portsmouth, Oh, Jessica Crabtree and her two sons Dakota and Derek Seitz of Jackson, Oh, Natasha (Joshua) Crabtree and their three children Bryer, Sawyer, and Harper Carpenter of Jackson Oh and Cheyenne Harmon of Jackson, Oh, Abagail Carpenter of Waverly Oh, Aaliyah Dale and Annabeth Dale, Brothers Wyatt Carpenter of Waverly, Oh, and Brice Dale, Grandfather Donald Crabtree of Jackson, Oh, Aunt Delilah (Timbo) Ratliff of Jackson, Oh, Her love of her life Austin Clarkson of Beaver, Oh, Her bonus Mother Cheryl, Kenny, Levi Clarkson of Beaver Oh. Her Best friend Shelby Rhea of Portsmouth, Oh, Her Mother Tiffany (Franklin) Fowler, Her Father Robert Dale, Uncle Donnie Fowler of Portsmouth, Oh, Cousins, Nakesha Clarke, Tylor Fowler, Nevaeh Fowler, Conner Fowler, Belinda (William) Harmon as well as a multitude of extended family and friends that loved her deeply.

Nakilia was a sophomore at the Pike County CTC where she planned on taking nursing in the fall. She was excited for her future. Nakilia loved spending time with her boyfriend and her family. She loved to laugh. She loved her nieces and nephews like they were her own. She was the protective big sister of her little sisters who she loved more than anything. Nakilia always had an infectious smile and laugh. She loved life despite all the trials and tribulations that she had to go through in her short time on this earth. She always overcame any obstacles that was thrown at her with her head held high. Although her life was cut short, she lived her life to the fullest. She has left an impact on so many peoples live’s and will never be forgotten.

 Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m.  Sunday March 13, 2022, at Eastern High School in Beaver, Ohio with Pastor Ed Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Providence Cemetery on Johnson Rd. in Jackson, Ohio. The Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Sunday at Eastern High School. There will be a dinner to follow at the Scioto Township Volunteer Fire Department in Jackson, Oh. The family requests memorial tributes to assist with expenses be directed to Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Oh, In lieu of Flowers Nakilia loved Sunflowers and Red Roses and can be directed to Cox Burkitt Funeral Home.
