Mary Alice Tomblin

Mary Alice Tomblin, age 52, of Gravel Washer Rd., Beaver, Ohio, died Saturday December 22, 2012 at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was born June 11, 1960 in Huntington, West Virginia, a daughter of Rex Maynard of Wayne, West Virginia and the late Margaret Maynard. Mrs. Tomblin was united in marriage June 30, 1979 to her husband, Walter Glen Tomblin Jr., who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Walter Glen Tomblin III of Beaver, Ohio and Jedidiah Nevada Tomblin of Beaver, Ohio, five grandchildren, Brent Matthew Tomblin, Blake Madison Tomblin, Seth David Allen Tomblin, Samul Nevada Tomblin, and Alexis Marie Tomblin, and two sisters, Susie Drehel of Middleport, Ohio and Polly Hall of Jackson, Ohio. Mrs. Tomblin was a member of the Pauls Chapel Church. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday December 24, 2012 at the Pauls Chapel Church with Bro. Wayne Sammons and Bro. Otis Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Pauls Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call beginning at 5:00 P.M. and continuing throughout the evening Sunday December 23, 2012 at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio.
