Manda M. Bartley

Manda M. Bartley, age 71, of Beaver, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday December 25, 2015 at the King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ohio. She was born May 1, 1943 in Floyd County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Marvin Claude and Melvina Hunter Wicker. Mrs. Bartley was united in marriage September 13, 1960 to her husband, Randolph "Randy" Bartley, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, JennyMae (Jeff) Horsley of Beaver, Ohio, Cathy (Mike) Days of Lucasville, Ohio and Ruth (James) Tackett of Waverly, Ohio, fifteen grandchildren, Michele (Brandon) Gerald, Tiffany (Anthony) Paden, Jesse (Bethany) Horsley, Dustin Horsley, Angel (Michael) Altman, Aaron Days, Adam Days, Stephanie "Stevie" (Shane) McFerren, Jamie (Sabrina) Tackett, Katrina Tackett, Sara Tackett, Mikey Tackett, Dominic Tackett, Eric Tackett and Taylor Tackett, seventeen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Mart and Anthony Wicker and five sisters, Cloe Mae Howell, Anette Hall, Virginia Ousley, Hazor Akers and Jeralden Wicker. Mrs. Bartley was a member of the Madison Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday December 29, 2014 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home with Pastor Steven Curry officiating. Burial will follow in the Beaver Union Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8:00 P.M. Sunday December 28, 2014 and from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home.
