Leslie Blevins Obituary

Leslie "DA" Blevins, age 56, died at home April 21, 2012. Leslie worked at Shelley's Nursery and Masco until 2010. Leslie was preceded in death by his parents William Jett Blevins and Zelda Edwards Blevins, three brothers, William J. Blevins, James Blevins, and Sylvester Blevins, two sisters, Venna Faye Blevins and Shelby Blevins Anderson. Leslie is survived by two brothers, Jeff Blevins of Springfield, Ohio and Lester Blevins of Waverly, Ohio, two sisters, Shirley Shaw of Chillicothe, Ohio and Shelley (Danny) Brown of Beaver, Ohio, many nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Deb Conley. Leslie was a 1975 graduate of Eastern High School. He will be greatly missed by all. Calling hours will be 5-8:00 P.M. Saturday April 28, 2012 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio.
