James Theodore Culwell Sr.

James Theodore Culwell, Sr., age 67 of Washington C.H., Ohio, went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, March 21, 2013. He was born November 20, 1945 in Johnson County, Kentucky, a son of the late William Riley and Erma Mae Fannin Culwell. Surviving are daughter, Michele Lyn (Carl) Sandlin of Blanchester, Ohio, son James Theodore (Amy) Culwell, Jr. of Washington C.H., Ohio, 3 grandchildren, Andrea Culwell and Anthony Culwell of W.C.H. and Carl Wesley Sandlin III of Blanchester, two brothers Elzie (Gloria) Culwell of Beaver Ohio and Ronald Culwell of Mt Sterling Ohio, three sisters, Ruby (Dale) Bogenrife of Washington C.H. Ohio, Opal Culwell of Arizona and Okie (Dean) Dreher of Bainbridge, Ohio, several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant brother, William Roy Culwell and Norman Junior Culwell, Sr. on March 2, 2013. James Theodore Culwell, Sr. will be greatly missed by his family and his friends. James retired from Robertson Fence Company in Mt Sterling, Ohio. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday March 30, 2013 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Bro. Patrick Gillian and Bro. Tony Blair officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 P. M. Friday March 29, 2013 at the funeral home.
