We do not grieve as those without hope. Our hope is found in the promise of Jesus Christ; and we are enveloped by peace that passes all understanding, knowing we will see her again.
Genevieve (Genny) Trimble Rhea Fout, 99, of Beaver, Ohio went to be with the Lord on August 12, 2024. Genny was born on July 5, 1925 in West Van Lear, Kentucky to Floyd and Carrie (Ritchie) Trimble. She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Beaver, Ohio.
Genny had two sons and a daughter: James M. (Betty) See, Terry (Beverly) Rhea, and Donna Sue (Preston) Maynard; a stepson, Sonny (Sharon) Fout and a stepdaughter, Ann (Will) Gwilliam.
She was preceded in death by husbands Donald Rhea and Heber Fout, her son, Terry Rhea, her daughter, Donna Sue Maynard, and all of her six brothers and one sister.
Genevieve leaves nine grandchildren; Shawn (Tim) Rosen, Leanna (Ronnie) Smith, Michael (Sabra) Woods, Jeni (Darren) King, Erin (Brian) Phipps, Danny (Tracy) Rhea, Leslie Davis, Lisa (Brian) Moore, And Christopher (Audra) Wilkins.
Her great grandchildren include Nicholas Rosen, Maddie Rosen, Ryan Blackburn, Karlie Joseph, Meghann Blackburn, Lauren Blackburn, Conner Blackburn, Michaela Smith, Gabriel Woods, Landon Skaggs, Quincy King, Olivia Stephens, Carter Stephens, Gage Rhea, Zachary Rhea, Lily Rhea, Ayden Davis, Audrey Davis, Willow Breedlove, Malachi Moore, Cameron Moore, Adelynn Moore, and Jaxon Moore.
Genny’s great great grandchildren are Liam Rosen, Judah Joseph, Parker Blackburn, Nora Rosen, and Zechariah Joseph.
Among her family and Jesus, Genny’s loves included attending church, Sunday dinners, and QVC. Her best birthday was spent on a trip to QVC studios, where she met a few of her favorite hosts and left with a beaming smile.
Genny was known her entire life for her beauty and elegance.
Genevieve Fout devoted her life to her family and her church. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday August 14, 2024 at the Hope Community Church in Beaver, Ohio with Chaplain Jason Coriell officiating. Burial will follow in the Beaver Union Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service Wednesday at the church.
