Frederick Smith Obituary

Frederick G. Smith, age 66, of Adams Rd., Beaver, Ohio, died Friday December 23, 2011 at his residence. He was born April 14, 1945 in Pike County, Ohio, a son of the late Malcolm and Ethel Irvine Smith. He was united in marriage September 2, 1976 to Sharon Pugh Smith of Waverly, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Jina (Leroy) Smith of Georgia, two step-daughters, RoAnna Wright and RoxAnna Gurley, a granddaughter Brittany Hawkins of Ohio, a grandson, Brandyn Hawkins of Georgia, four step-granddaughters and three step great-grandchildren, all of York, SC, one sister, Betty Swick, one brother, Roger Mac Smith, three nieces, Kristine Swick , Cindy Sherman, and Teresa Alvelo, and one nephew, Scott Smith. Memorial services will be held 6:00 P.M. Thursday December 29, 2011 at the Cox Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Pastor Rodney Evans and Rev. Ronald Hines officiating.
