Dorothy Irene Neace

Dorothy Irene Neace, age 74, of Beaver, Ohio, died Tuesday July 2, 2013 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born August 6, 1938 in Floyd County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late John Bunion and Hannah Ellen Morris Thacker. Mrs. Neace was united in marriage February 28, 1961 to her husband, William Neace, who preceded her in death December 13, 2007. Surviving are one brother, Jack Thacker of Jackson, Ohio and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Pamela Thacker and numerous brothers and sisters. Mrs. Neace was a member of the Old Philadelphia Tabernacle in Minford, Ohio. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday July 5, 2013 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Pastor Maurice Pierce officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery located on Salem Cave Rd. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
