Destiny Marie Freeland

Destiny Marie Freeland, 13 years old, lost her life Tuesday November 10, 2015 after a long five years of battling cancer at Children's Hospital in Columbus. She was such a loved little girl. Her surviving loved ones include her Father Jamie Freeland, Step-mother, Lindsay Freeland, Mamaw Cheryl Spencer, Papaw Bobby Sherrick, Papaw Ray Freeland, Grandmother Teresa Jewett, Great-Grandmother Vivian Yates, Mother Misty Stevens, Step-Grandparents Cindy and Berlin Butterbaugh, Mike and Theresa Evans, her brothers, Devon Freeland and Jordan Noel, sisters Skyla Freeland, Jayden Noel, Lexi Freeland, Kayla and Chloe Stevens, uncles Jeremy Freeland, Billy Spencer, Jon Jewitt, and aunts Angel Nesser and Pam Smith. She was preceded in death by her loving Step-Father Bart Stevens. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday November 14, 2015 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Pastor Alan Newberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Waverly Evergreen Union Cemetery located on Denver Rd. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
