Debra Ann Osborne

Debra Ann Osborne, 64, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 10, 2021. She was born January 23, 1957 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Sid Tackett Sr. and Mary Jo Tackett (Damron), who both preceded her in death. She is survived by son Adam (Jessica Staley) Daniels and daughter Billie Jo Osborne, granddaughters Kendra, Tori, Mary Jo, and Paige, grandsons Austin and Blake, sisters Bessie Kingrea, Reva (Joe) Mills, Margaret (Mark) Rigsby, and Belynda (Larry) Burton, and brothers Mallard (Linda) Tackett, Sid (Rose) Tackett Jr., Eugene (Joyce) Tackett, and Sam Tackett. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews, including a special niece and nephew, Heaven and Joey Holt. She was preceded in death by two infant brothers and an infant sister, sisters Trilla Anderson and Elzie Tackett, and brothers Daniel Tackett, Henry Tackett, and John Tackett.

Debra was a hard worker and loved to tell stories to her kids, grand kids, and all her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed coaching youth softball many years ago and was always willing to give a hand when possible. She will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 P.M. Friday May 14, 2021 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Pastor Walter Rider officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:30 P.M. until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Cox Burkitt Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
