David N. "Dee" Hannah, born July 10, 1930, loving husband, father of three children, grandfather to four grandchildren, great-grandfather to one great-grandchild, and dear friend to so many others, passed away Sunday the 22
nd of June 2014 at the age of 83, surrounded by his loving family. He departed to God's house, where he now watches all whom he loves with the kind eyes we will never forget. Mr. Hannah was born in Green County, Kentucky, a son of the late Dewey and Myrtle Hannah. He was united in marriage December 24, 1953 to his wife, Lillian Lucille Hannah, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Paul D. (Debbie) Hannah of Lucasville, Ohio, two daughters, Vicki (Rich) Jarrell of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Donna (JT) Lovins of Avon Lake, Ohio, four grandchildren, Amanda (Adam) Sigg, Chris Hannah, Matthew Lovins and Joey Lovins, one great-grandson, Jonathan Sigg, and one sister, Jeanetta Hannah of Lucasville, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers, Kanawah, Roy, Brady, Joseph, Worlie, and Glendale Hannah, one infant brother and one infant sister. Mr. Hannah was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday June 25, 2014 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Minister Tilson Greene officiating. Burial will follow in the Owl Creek Cemetery with military graveside services provided by the American Legion Merritt Post #142 of Waverly. Friends may call from 5-8:00 P.M.
