David E. Entler

David E. Entler, age 72, of Piketon, Ohio, died Friday May 8, 2015 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born April 6, 1943 in Pike County, Ohio, a son of the late William Edward Entler and Augustine Jones Maynard. Mr. Entler was united in marriage March 30, 1964 to his wife of 51 years, Connie Lee Dotson Entler, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Dawn Entler and Tonya Burggraf, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one brother, Gerald Entler and two sisters, Joyce Lawson and Geraldine Entler. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, David Lee Entler, four grand-children and one brother. After graduating high school Mr. Entler attended Barber School and after completion of his training, was employed as a barber in the Pike County area for 43 years. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday May 12, 2015 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with Bro. Charley Ross officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery on Sunfish Creek Rd. Friends may call from 4-8:00 P.M. Monday May 11, 2015 at the funeral home.
