Clyde Edward Reed

Clyde Edward Reed, age 64, of Waverly, Ohio, died Tuesday October 6, 2015 at the Adena-Pike Medical Center in Waverly, Ohio. He was born January 18, 1951 in Jackson, Ohio, a son of the late James Edmund and Hazel Nelson Reed. Mr. Reed was united in marriage July 30, 1993 to his wife, Sharon Campbell Reed, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Clyde (Tiffany) Reed Jr. of Ray, Ohio, two daughters, Treva (Nick) Wayne of Pataskala, Ohio and Regina (Alan) Tamburini of Kingstree, South Carolina, one step-son, Bill Colley of Waverly, Ohio, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one brother, Howard Reed of New Orleans, Louisiana, three sisters, Nancy Anderson of Ray, Ohio, Cathy (Gary) Hammond of Jackson, Ohio and Brenda (Matt) Waulk of Gallipolis, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant grandson, Noah Brendan Wayne, one brother, James "Jimmy" Reed and one nephew, Ryan Anderson. Mr. Reed was a member of the Appalachian Christian Center in Jasper Ohio pastored by Terry Cremeans. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will not be observed. Arrangements are under the direction of the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio.
