Charlotte Mineer Obituary

Charlotte Juanita Mineer, 90, of Waverly, passed away on February 6, 2026. Charlotte was born June 15, 1935 in Allen Junction, WV, and married Leslie Willard Mineer on August 17, 1952,sharing her parents’ anniversary. Together they had six children. Charlotte is survived by her brother Jerry (Maria) Haga, children, Sandy (Jason) Jones, Terry (Denise) Mineer, Jerry (Lauri) Mineer, and grandchildren, Randy Mineer, Casey Jobe, Kris Mineer, Josh Mineer, Derrick Jobe, Michael Jones, Jesse Mineer, Brian Jones, Stephanie Mineer, Stephen Mineer and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence (Elizabeth) Haga, sisters Nola Thomas and Rita Janney, and children Steven Mineer, Joey Mineer, and Kathy Jobe.

Services will not be observed. Burial will take place in the Fairmount Cemetery in Jackson, Ohio at a later date.
