Catherine Chandler Obituary
Catherine (Cathy) Annette Chandler went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October the 15th, 2016. After a short fight with cancer she wanted the Lords will to be done. She was born on December 13, 1956 in Mobile, Alabama to the (late) James Cochran and Sarah (Watkins) Chandler of Lucasville. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Lodie (Eugene) Chandler. Daughter, Misti (Mark) Fout, grandson Chandler & granddaughter Elizabeth of Jackson. Son, Ryan (Amber) Chandler, granddaughters Rylee and MacKenzie of Piketon. Her brother James (Rhonda) Blanton of Piketon and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in her death by her brother Mackie Blanton, sister Gerri Crabtree & grandson Austin Chandler. Cathy was a fan of Elvis, collecting teddy bears and anything Americana themed. She enjoyed & was very proud of her grandkids for the laughter & smiles they brought her and for their accomplishments. Thank you so much for the kind words, encouragement and prayers during this extremely difficult time. To those of you asking about arrangements, those were discussed & chosen by mom prior to her passing. She will be cremated and a private memorial will be held at our discretion when the time is right. In lieu of flowers we are asking for contributions to be made directly to the funeral home to help cover the expenses.
