Calista Maria (wilson) Newsome

Calista Maria (Wilson) Newsome; devoted mother, loving wife, beloved daughter and sister, and trusted friend to many passed away on May 29^th, 2016 at the age of 39. Calista was preceded in death by her adored father, LeRoy Wilson and survived by her caring husband, Jeremy Newsome and three children, Devon Sapp, Kaylee Newsome, and Cole Newsome. Calista is also survived by her mother, Darlene Smith; sister, Celeste (Adrian) Garrison; two nephews, Corey and Flint; half-brothers and sisters, and lifelong dearest friend Apaula McCain. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 5^th from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at the Cox-Burkitt Funeral Home 5856 Beaver Pike, Beaver, OH 45613. The Funeral Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Monday, June 6th at 11:00 AM with burial following in the Smith Hill Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio. Rev. Gary A. Keller will be officiating. Family will receive friends for condolences after the funeral/burial service at The Givens Chapel Fellowship Hall 8026 Germany Road, Waverly, OH 45690. Calista will be eternally loved, deeply missed, and forever remembered.
