Archie E. Harris

Archie E. Harris, age 75, formerly of Beaver, Ohio, passed away at 10:30 P.M. Friday August 8, 2014 at the Pleasant Hill Manor in Piketon, Ohio. He was born December 1, 1938 to the late Flossie Mae Lett and Clarence Harris. Preceding him in death are seven brothers and two sisters. He is survived by one sister, Syvilla Good of Beaver, Ohio and three brothers, Clifford Harris of Columbus, Ohio and Bradley and Joe Harris of Beaver, Ohio. Having never married or fathered children, he has numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Harris was a former resident of the Gallipolis Institute in Gallipolis, Ohio. Funeral services will be 12:00 P.M. Tuesday August 12, 2014 at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Carrs Run Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
