Frank Tackett Jr.

Frank Tackett Jr., beloved father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2024. Frank was born in Waverly, Ohio to the late Frank and Elzie Tackett on March 25, 1964. He was blessed with a large and loving family. Frank was kind, soft-spoken, and always had time to help others.

He was a loving family man and devoted his time to helping them. Frank loved attending family gatherings, working on projects with his brothers, and most of all, loved spending time with his grandchildren. He attended bible study with his brother-in-law, Marshall, and enjoyed the time spent with him and the discussions with the group. Frank always had a smile for everyone and he will be dearly missed by his loved ones. He loved without reserve and gave of himself without hesitation.

Frank is survived by his two children, Misty Tackett of Cleveland, Ohio and Robin Tackett of Beaver, OH. He is also survived by his four siblings; Charles Tackett of Garrison, KY, Ella (Duane) Campbell of Beaver, OH, Bessie (Marshall) Evans of Jackson, OH and James (Ruth) Tackett of Waverly, OH; grandchildren, Addam Greene, Ryan Greene, Jayden Tackett, Tristan Greene and Hillary Greene, numerous nieces and nephews that will miss him dearly. He is preceded in death by his wife, Charlene and his parents.

Visitation will be held at Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio on February 15, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 pm for the public.

Funeral service will be held at Cox Burkitt Funeral Home on February 16, 2024 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Beaver Union Cemetery. For those that cannot attend, prayers, condolences and memories will be gladly accepted at http://www.coxburkittfh.com.

His departure comes as a great shock and leaves a deep wound. It is gravely felt by his entire family and countless others who loved him deeply. The family deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time.
