Clifton Leonard White, 71, of Beaver went home to be with the Lord on February 20th, 2024. Clifton was born at Scioto Memorial on April 5th,1952. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Madeline. Cliff leaves to cherish his memory his sons Chris (Greta) White, John (Marin) White, and daughter Makaela (Clint) Bapst. Grandchildren Raygan, Dominic, Christian, Maddox, and Milly. He is survived by his brother Herbert (Missi) White, sisters Betty Fannin and Mary Whitt, and nephews Brandon White and Bryan (Kayla) White. He also leaves behind a very special friend, Christine.
Cliff graduated from East High School in 1971. Cliff was a dedicated employee at the A-Plant for over 45 years and retired in 2022. While working out at the plant you could often find him with his co-worker and good friend of many years, Thomas Rase. Cliff was known for his love of fishing and golfing. He enjoyed going on fishing trips with his sons, daughter, brother, and nephews. He also enjoyed getting to go on many golfing trips with Mike Rinehart. Cliff enjoyed spending time with his family, studying the Bible, watching TV, going to ball games, and sitting out on his front porch. Cliff was a funny and caring man. He never knew a stranger and made friends everywhere he went. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held at Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver on Sunday February 25, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m with the funeral to follow. Mike Leslie will be officiating. Cliff will be laid to rest at the Beaver Union Cemetery.
